One team containing every active staff member. Creating it adds every existing active staff member, and every staff member created afterwards is added automatically.

Add a staff member

The staff dropdown lists only active staff and owner accounts from the live Portal list. If it is empty, no active staff account exists yet, and this page says so instead of inventing one.
