One infrastructure, one owner sign-in. This page reads every bound database server-side, so there is no separate sign-in per department. A section marked Not connected yet is waiting on its database binding in the Cloudflare dashboard, not on another login. Reading is covered here. Acting still happens where the action lives: Studio and Office actions happen in those apps, and third-party dashboards and the Cloudflare dashboard keep their own sign-ins.

ID cards
Generate print-ready staff and student ID cards, exact CR80 size (85.6 × 54 mm), front and back. Pick a person to preview their card, or use the ID photo button on a row to set the photo used on the card, then download the files for PVC printing. Three file types are available: the exact-size print PDF for a card printer, a bleed PDF for a print shop (the design runs 2 mm past every edge, so trimming never leaves a white border), and front and back PNG files at full 300 DPI for card printer software. When printing double sided, set the printer to actual size (100%) and flip on long edge, and the front and back will line up.

Certificates of completion
Issue certificates to students who have passed. A student appears below only when their track is complete, meaning the final module project was approved. Certificates are A4 landscape (297 × 210 mm), print-ready, and each carries a serial number and a QR code anyone can check at fva70k.com/verify-certificate.html.
